Common questions about storage
How long can goods stay in a bonded warehouse?
Turkish customs law generally sets no time limit for the customs warehousing procedure. Your goods can wait in the bonded warehouse without duties being paid until you import or re-export them. Ask us about anything specific to your product.
Is warehouse rental priced by m² or by pallet?
Both are possible. If your stock changes often, pallet-based pricing suits you; if your volume is steady, m²-based. For large, regular volumes we also offer space dedicated to your company.
Who can use non-bonded storage?
Manufacturers, sellers, e-commerce companies and importers. Non-bonded storage is used for stocking, order picking and distribution, and customs-cleared imports can be stored here too.
Do you accept dangerous goods (flammable)?
Yes. Our facility has a 500 m² store for flammable and explosive goods. Before acceptance, just send us the product’s safety data sheet (MSDS).
Do you rent open yard space?
Yes. We have a 20,000 m² non-bonded open yard and a 2,500 m² bonded open yard for containers, project cargo, machinery and bulky goods that can be stored outdoors.
Where is your facility and how far is it from customs?
We are in Hadımköy, Arnavutköy, Istanbul. Muratbey Customs, which we operate under, is about 16 km away, Istanbul Airport 22 km and Ambarlı Port 24 km.
